All claims must be made within the 30 day period of hiring Firm for services. Client will be charged for billable hours based on work already performed, and the balance of fees paid in refunded should client elect not to proceed. To date, less that 1 percent of our clientele request premature cessation of case work. This fact due directly to our impeccable service, support and experience.
